These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of osmanly.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

1. About us

osmanly.com is operated by OSMANLY LTD, a private company limited by shares, registered in England & Wales under company number 17185875 (incorporated on 28 April 2026 under the Companies Act 2006). Registered office: Office 18653, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at info@osmanly.com or through the Contact section of our website or by post at our registered office.

You can verify our registration on the official UK government register: OSMANLY LTD on Companies House · View our Certificate of Incorporation.

2. Who these Terms apply to

Our products are intended for personal, domestic and gift use. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and nothing in these Terms affects them. Some provisions apply differently to business customers, as stated below. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Our products

  • Handmade in Türkiye. Most items are handcrafted by artisans in Türkiye and made or finished after you order. Each piece is individual.
  • Natural materials and variation. Amber, stones, horn, wood, textiles and metals vary naturally in colour, pattern, inclusions, size and weight. Hand-engraving and hand-finishing produce slight differences between pieces of the same design. These are characteristics of handmade goods, not defects.
  • Images and measurements. Product images are illustrative; colours may differ depending on lighting and screen. Measurements and weights are approximate.
  • Care. Silver and copper naturally tarnish over time. Please avoid contact with perfume, water and chemicals and follow any care instructions provided.
  • Cultural and religious items. Items such as prayer beads, prayer rugs and Quran stands are sold as crafted goods. Any religious or traditional description reflects the item’s cultural heritage and is not a promise of any particular religious, spiritual or health benefit.
  • Precious metals and hallmarking. Items described as 925 sterling silver contain less than 7.78 g of silver and are therefore exempt from compulsory hallmarking in the UK under the Hallmarking Act 1973; their approximate weight is stated on each product page. Items described as stainless steel, copper, brass or “silver-tone” are not made of precious metal.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item or material becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and, if you do not accept an alternative, refund you in full.

4. Personalised and custom orders

Where you ask for personalisation (for example engraving, a custom size or colour), you are responsible for making sure the details you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use any names, words or designs you submit. We will make the item as you confirm it. We may refuse personalisation requests that are offensive, unlawful or infringe the rights of others. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

5. Ordering and the contract

  1. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. We will email you to acknowledge your order; this acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
  2. The contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order is accepted, or when we start making or dispatch your order, whichever happens first.
  3. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, if payment is not authorised, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious error in the price or description. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
  4. Please check your order before submitting it. You can correct input errors on the checkout page before you confirm.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at checkout. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country may apply as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • If you pay in a currency different from your card’s currency, your bank may apply conversion fees or exchange rates, which are outside our control.
  • If a product’s price is incorrect on our website, we will contact you before accepting the order. If the correct price is higher, we will ask whether you wish to continue or cancel. If a mistake is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
  • Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

7. Delivery

Because items are handmade to order, the estimated delivery time is 15–18 working days from order confirmation, unless another period is stated for a particular product. Full details, including customs, tracking and what happens if delivery is late, are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your right to cancel, and your rights if goods are faulty or not as described, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Our responsibility to you

  1. Consumers. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Because our products are for domestic and private use, we are not liable to consumers for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
  2. Business customers. To the extent permitted by law, all implied terms are excluded; we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data; and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
  3. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or alteration or repair by anyone other than us.
  4. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). If such an event continues for a substantial period, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund you for anything not delivered.
  5. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory consumer rights, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England & Wales.

  • Links to third-party websites are provided for information only; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on our website and social media in connection with our products. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product. We do not publish fake reviews or incentivise reviews without disclosing it.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at info@osmanly.com or through the Contact section with your order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 14 days.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your order are those published on this page when you placed it.

14. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, we may still enforce it later.
  • These Terms are between you and us; no other person has any right to enforce them.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; we will tell you if this happens and it will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer living outside the UK, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
